During office hours, every call that comes into Eastside Intergroup is answered by a live person and no call goes unanswered. We maintain a 24-hour Hotline, using volunteers and a forwarding service on evenings after our office closes, mornings before our office opens, and weekends during non-business hours, or other times, when the office is closed.
