Eastside Intergroup is here to support the general service structure of Alcoholics Anonymous on the Eastside and to facilitate carrying the message of recovery to those who seek it. We are still looking for volunteers to help! We have a number of tasks we’re looking for help with. Primarily, volunteering in the office involves being in the front room, helping people with their book, medallion, and other merchandise purchases. And of course there is always answering phones. Other duties include keeping stock on the shelf, posting flyers, keeping the office in good appearances. Depending on your background, there may be other duties such as making flyers, helping with keeping the website updated and some general office tasks. If that’s not your cup of tea or coffee or energy drink, consider volunteering on one of our committees! We’re open from 10:00 – 5:30 Mon – Thu, 10:00 – 5:00 on Fridays.
