District 38

Dis­trict 38 is just the op­po­site of Dis­trict 36; they’ve got a large mem­ber base in a small ge­o­graph­i­cal area. This makes Dis­trict 38 one of the most sup­ported East­side dis­tricts. Their Dis­trict meet­ings are on the 2nd Tues­day of the month at 7:00 pm at the Kirkland Congregational Church 106 5th Ave. Kirkland, WA 98033.
